Advanced Single Joystick Control

Ability to safely control the injector via a single joystick control, improving the injector pump life while offering precise control. Five integrated, configurable buttons that can be assigned to over ten different unit functions.
Automatic Pressure Control

Set a required pressure for multiple unit functions including reel drag, motor shift, top & bottom stripper elements. Bumpless control allowing for on the fly switching.
Automatic Skate & Chain Tension Control

Automatically control skate and chain tension pressure based on injector string weight. Pre-load injector charts and the system will automatically track pressures to extend tubing life.
Auto Injector Speed Mode

Set the desired speed and have the system safely and efficiently control tubing speed applying the correct pressure to avoid issues from unexpected well conditions.
Friction Mode

Optimize high friction operations common in long lateral scenarios, user select a maximum speed and maximum string weight and the system automatically adjusts to optimize operations.
iMill

High precision, automated milling operations with one button pullback in stall conditions. Maintain a specific differential pressure, weight on bit or tubing speed with advanced pressure alarms to pre-empt any potential stalls.
Auto Levelwind Control

Automatic tracking of tubing on the reel with configurable settings to ensure tight wrapping in the corners.
Wellbore Profile

Build or import the well profile including plug depths to show real-time feedback of string position as well as current job status.
Integrated Twin Fluid Unit Control

No cables through windows or large, cumbersome remote boxes. Simply connect TFP to the user bulkhead and have integrated TFP control from the main control screens.
Integrated Single Fluid Pump Unit Control
