PCM is a complete asset management and diagnostic system for plunger pumps. Advanced edge detection predictively alerts users to component failures to avoid costly downtime and early retirement of consumables. The PCM is designed using a state-of-the-art hardware platform, ruggedized to perform in wide range of operating environments and withstand the rigors of the oilfield. J1939 communication allows easy integration into any control system to avoid costly duplication of sensors and ensure operators know the current health of all their pumps. The PCM connects to the ASSET FUEL cloud to provide complete asset history, maintenance & alarm record as well as automatic detection of PE/FE pairing.
